Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions for your convenience.

How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes but it can be adjusted to meet your needs.

How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though this can be adjusted based on your needs.

Do you accept insurance?
Right now I am taking Aetna, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health, Ascension, Carelon Behavioral Health, Allied, First Health Network, Luminare Health, Meridian, WebTPA, Create, MagnaCare, Allegiance, Arlo, Centivo, Evernorth, Sidecar Health and USC PPO. I will continue too update this as soon as I get credentialed with other insurance companies although there are specific benefits to self paying for your therapyas described below.

What are the benefits for me if I self pay for therapy?

I believe you deserve therapy that’s tailored to your needs—not dictated by what an insurance company will approve. This means we can work at your pace, use the approaches that work best for you, and continue as long as you need—without worrying about session limits or requiring a diagnosis in your permanent medical record.

How much does a therapy session cost?

Investment: $135/session. This includes a comprehensive intake assessment, a personalized treatment plan, access to me via email between sessions for urgent questions, and coordination with your psychiatrist/medical team as needed. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an investment of $150/session.
