Hello

Hi, I'm Jill Krayewsky and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, working with mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps process trauma and distress more efficiently. My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client, drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and client-centered therapies. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and life transitions. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect for your unique story.

About Jill

My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey. Therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about empowering you to better understand yourself, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling life.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that process feel as comfortable and supportive as possible. I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2010 and have had the opportunity to support individuals in many different settings—from inpatient and residential treatment to PHP, IOP, and outpatient therapy. These experiences have shaped how I show up for my clients: with compassion, understanding, and flexibility.

I work primarily with adults who are struggling with substance use, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Above all, I believe therapy is about empowerment—helping you better understand yourself, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in your life. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported every step of the way.

What sets me apart from other therapist

What sets me apart from other therapists is the combination of both my professional training and my personal experience in therapy. I’ve been in the client’s seat myself and have done the work to overcome my own challenges, which allows me to connect with clients on a deeper, more genuine level. Alongside that lived experience, I bring the clinical knowledge, education, and skills needed to guide you through your own process of growth and change.

My greatest strengths as a therapist include my ability to quickly establish rapport and build a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in trust, safety, and authenticity. I create a space where client's feel comfortable opening up with me, which allows us to do meaningful, effective work from the start. Clients often share that they feel genuinely understood while also being challenged in meaningful ways that lead to real change. I balance warmth and empathy with direct, honest feedback, helping you move beyond insight and into action.

As a clinician certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I offer a unique approach that can help clients experience relief more quickly than traditional talk therapy alone. ART allows us to process distressing experiences and shift emotional responses without requiring you to relive painful memories, making it a powerful option for those seeking efficient and meaningful results.
